Regional at All-time is the second studio album past American music duo Twenty One Pilots. It was self-released on July 8, 2011. Regional at Best is a discontinued album. It is the last anthology released by the band prior to signing a record bargain with Fueled by Ramen, and information technology is the first album to feature the talents of Josh Dun who joined the band in 2011 after the deviation of bassist Nick Thomas and drummer Chris Salih.
The album features many tracks that also appear on Vessel, with some of them being re-recorded for the later album. As role of the band'south deal with Fueled past Ramen to release Vessel, the album was discontinued, with no concrete or digital copies available for sale. But 6 tracks on Regional at Best do not characteristic on any other anthology and are considered out of print. Some of the album'due south tracks are bachelor through the music streaming service Pandora. The full album is just bachelor on Deezer.
Although on May 27, some of the tracks were made on the official anthology on Spotify, but were removed for a mean solar day. It happened with an anthology "Keep Your Sunny Days" that posted the tracks from Regional at All-time that ended up on the official Spotify band business relationship. The tracks were now removed on May 28.

Release
Regional at Best was released on July 08, 2011, digitally and on CD. In addition to this, the band also released a express promotional ii-CD version through Tinderbox Music, with a view to getting radio play. The kickoff disc was an exact re-create of Regional at All-time, whereas the second disc was a re-create of the self titled album. In March 2015, a user on the website reddit establish a copy and shared images of this express release.
Discontinuation
After signing with Fueled past Ramen in 2012, the rights to Regional at Best were transferred to the label. Along with the release of Vessel, Regional at All-time was discontinued, no longer available digitally or physically except for on Pandora and Deezer. As such, concrete copies are very highly sought after, commanding shockingly high prices, usually from $750 and up.
Postal service-discontinuation
Five of the tracks from Regional at Best — "Guns for Hands", "Belongings on to You", "Ode to Slumber", "Car Radio", and "Trees" — were re-recorded and released on Vessel. In April 2013, prior to the release of Vessel, a re-recorded and altered version of "Lovely" was released as an exclusive promotional unmarried in Nihon and featured on the bonus track edition of Vessel. "Glowing Optics", "Kitchen Sink" and "Forest" were not re-recorded but were released, equally they appear on Regional at Best, on the Great britain bonus edition of Vessel. Every bit such, just five of the tracks from Regional at Best are available to buy in the US, and vi tracks — "Slowtown", "Abomination", "Ruby", "Be Concerned", "Clear", and "Ii" — are non available for purchase anywhere.
Web Series
